Frequently asked questions
Mes employés doivent-ils payer ou créer un abonnement ?
Non. La société souscrit une licence qui couvre toutes les personnes de l'équipe. Vos employés reçoivent simplement leur accès par e-mail et utilisent l'app ou le site gratuitement.
Comment un employé reçoit-il son accès ?
Vous saisissez son nom et son e-mail : il reçoit un lien pour choisir son mot de passe. S'il a déjà un compte Quotas (chez un autre employeur par exemple), il retrouve simplement votre société dans sa liste.
Peut-on pointer en dehors du bureau ?
Oui : télétravail, chez un client, en déplacement… L'employé indique la raison et vous la voyez dans le pointage. Vous pouvez aussi exiger la position GPS, relevée uniquement au moment du pointage.
Les shifts de nuit et les jours fériés sont-ils gérés ?
Oui. Un shift de 22:00 à 06:00 est reconnu comme shift de nuit, les heures de nuit, de dimanche et de jours fériés belges sont calculées automatiquement, et vous pouvez ajouter vos propres jours de fermeture.
Le certificat médical est-il en sécurité ?
Il est chiffré dès sa réception, stocké hors de tout accès public, et n'est consultable que par l'employé et ses gérants, via un lien qui expire après quelques minutes. Il n'est jamais envoyé par e-mail.
Faut-il installer l'application ?
Non, tout fonctionne aussi depuis un navigateur — pointage compris. L'app iOS et Android ajoute les rappels avant chaque shift et l'envoi du certificat en photo.
Je gère plusieurs sociétés, comment faire ?
Un seul compte suffit : créez autant de sociétés que nécessaire et passez de l'une à l'autre en un clic. Chaque société a sa propre licence et peut avoir plusieurs gérants.
Que se passe-t-il à la fin de l'essai ?
Vous choisissez une offre selon la taille de votre équipe. Sans abonnement, vos données restent conservées et vos employés peuvent toujours pointer ; seule la gestion est mise en pause.
