Terms of use

Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Quotas service by customer companies and their users.

Licence

The company subscribes to a licence covering a maximum number of people depending on the plan. Users invited by the company pay nothing.

Trial and subscription

A 30-day free trial is offered once per person. The subscription is monthly or yearly, renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period.

Liability

Quotas provides a recording tool; the company remains responsible for meeting its legal and social obligations.

Governing law

The service is provided by Smart.com (CBE BE 0664.627.568), Rue les Allées 12, 5660 Couvin. Belgian law. The courts of the judicial district of Namur have jurisdiction.
