Quotas is a mobile time clock for home help services, home nursing and care facilities in Belgium. Staff clock in at each visit from their phone, rounds, nights and weekends are handled, and health data (medical certificates) is encrypted.
One round, several visits
Each visit to a client is a work segment with its place and, if needed, a note. Travel between two visits stays separate, which makes calculating real hours easy.
Nights, weekends and on-call shifts
Night shifts ending the next day and weekend work are handled natively; night, Sunday and public holiday hours are shown separately in reports.
Sensitive data, well protected
Medical certificates are encrypted, accessible only through a temporary link and never sent by e-mail. Location is only read at clock-in.

Are clients' addresses visible to everyone?
No. Only your organisation's managers see time entries and their places.
Can a carer work for two organisations?
Yes, with a single account; they choose the organisation when clocking in.
Are night shifts counted correctly?
Yes, the night period is configurable per organisation and the relevant minutes are calculated automatically.
Where is the data stored?
In the European Union: Quotas is hosted by OVH on servers located in the EU, in line with the GDPR.
