The time clock built for hospitality

In short

Quotas is a mobile time clock for restaurants, cafés, brasseries and hotels in Belgium. It handles split shifts, night shifts, students and flexi-jobs, puts the schedule on everyone's phone and automatically calculates night, Sunday and public holiday hours.

Schedules classic tools struggle with

Lunch service, break, dinner service, closing after midnight: a hospitality day often has several work periods. With Quotas, staff clock in again after each break, and the day assembles itself.

  • Unlimited breaks and split shifts.
  • Night shifts ending the next day, no workarounds.
  • Night, Sunday and public holiday hours calculated automatically.

Students, extras and flexi-jobs

Add an extra in ten seconds: they receive access by e-mail and clock in with their own phone. If they also work for another venue using Quotas, they find both in the same app.

A schedule everyone checks

Build the week, copy last week, publish: each team member is notified and reminded before their shift starts. Leave requests and sick absences show directly on the schedule.

Frequently asked questions

Does Quotas replace the registered cash system?

No. Quotas records working time and schedules; obligations related to the registered cash system still apply separately.

Can staff clock in without a smartphone?

Yes, from any browser — for example a tablet at the staff entrance.

How are hours after midnight counted?

A shift from 18:00 to 02:00 is a single night shift; minutes within the night period set by the company count as night hours.
