Quotas is a time clock app for iPhone and Android, also usable in a browser. Staff clock in with one tap; the location is compared with the work site address, and a reason is required when working elsewhere. The app is available in English, French, Dutch and German.
Clock in with one tap
One big button, a live timer, nothing else. Arrive, break, resume, leave: each action takes a second, with haptic feedback to confirm.
At the office or elsewhere, fully transparent
When clocking in, the app compares the location with the company's work site addresses.
- On site: "At the office" is suggested automatically.
- Elsewhere: staff choose remote, client, travel or other, and give the reason.
- Location is never tracked continuously.
Reminders that prevent forgetting
A notification arrives a few minutes before the start and end of each published shift. The manager sets the delay for the whole team.
Everything else, in your pocket too
Schedule, leave requests, sick reports with a photo of the certificate, and for managers: live presence, request approvals, adding an employee. Same features as the website.

Is the app free for employees?
Yes. The company pays one licence covering the whole team; employees download the app for free.
Does it work without GPS?
Yes, unless the company requires location. The on-site check simply isn't possible then.
Which languages is it available in?
English, French, Dutch and German, following the phone's language or the user's choice.
Where is the data stored?
In the European Union: Quotas is hosted by OVH on servers located in the EU, in line with the GDPR.
